Course Aim:
To enable foster carers who are supporting children to move onto their adoptive families to understand the theory and research behind the transition planning used by ACE and how they can best support the children through this process.
Course objectives:
- To learn about the expectations that will be placed on you as foster carers moving a child on to an adoptive placement.
