Detail:

Having been a Social Worker for 33 years, Siobhan is passionate about our profession – sharing, “if you cut me in half it would say social worker all the way through. Social work is not just what I do, but who I am.” Leading the way in Social Work Theory and Critical Reflection, join us for a full day training as Siobahn talks to her belief “now more than ever, social workers need to be creative. They need to be supported in creative workplaces by creative managers and they need to have creative models to support their practice.”

The training aims to support practitioners to rethink and reframe their relationship with reflection and fostering a creative learning environment – offering a safe space to creatively consider:

  • Supervision Tools and techniques to empower and demand best practice.
  • Reflective Models to support Critical Reflection and curiosity.
  • Strategies to foster a supportive and creative learning environment.
