Bi-monthly learning event - Cumulative harm

This learning event will focus on the impact of cumulative harm.  We will consider how to recognise cumulative harm, and discuss how we can work with children and families when this is a worry.  We will focus on the story of one child who has experienced cumulative harm.  Participants will be able to work through mapping and the harm analysis matrix for the child.  We will also consider the lived experience of the child.  These will be interactive sessions with group work.

 TARGET AUDIENCE: It is open to all to all of the Children and Families Directorate, although will be more focussed towards those using the signs of safety approach on a day to day basis.
