Legal Training Module 4

Learning and Content:

The Legal Framework, Public Law Outline and preparing written evidence for Court. Using a Case Study we will look at preparing an Initial Statement and a Final Statement and in doing this, we will consider the ‘balancing exercise’.

We will also consider the pathway through proceedings, the tasks that are required to a Final conclusion for permanency.

This presentation will link with other Law Modules delivered by the Social Care Academy providing a foundation for further legal training.
