Introducing a formulation-based approach to multi-agency and partnership working for children and families in Herefordshire

This is a multi-agency event for practitioners of partner agencies who are working with children and families accross Herefordshire.

Formulation is a psychologically informed, strength-based approach to understanding, planning, implementing, and evaluating our work with children, families and other professionals. It is rooted in relational practice and can provide a unified and inclusive approach to help us make sense of things together.

Using this approach we can develop a shared language; draw on multiple perspectives and analyse information thoroughly and objectively in order to create collaborative plans that support families and professionals to meet their goals and achieve positive change.

Please join us for this half-day session where trainers from the Leeds Relational Practice Centre will introduce the methods and tools that we can use as part of an effective formulation approach, and experience these alongside colleagues from partnership agenicies.
