Course Aim:
For participants to be able to identify, understand and put into practice the different permanency options for children.
Learning Outcomes:
- Develop awareness of permanence and the impact upon children.
- Increase knowledge of the various permanence options for children
- Enable good practice for thinking through and planning permanence and establishing contingency plans
- Enhance understanding process and how to execute permanence plans for children
- Consider the need to explore all permanency options when permanency planning for adoption, including consideration of re B-S balancing process.
